I had running here a openSUSE12.1 MS3 for longer. Guest additions are installed. First it´s lost it´s clipboard connection to the host. Later it lost it´s shared folder connection to the host.

The guest has reached a not running state, so reproducing with is seems not possible at quick.
I try next time to get some logs out of the virtual harddisk.

Is this reproducible? If so, you might try attaching the guest's system log or dmesg. You could also check whether the vbox* kernel modules are still loaded and whether "VBoxClient --clipboard" is still running (and try to restart it, as your logged on user, if not).
