BSOD on Windows 64-bit host w/ Linux 32-bit guest

Description

Running VirtualBox 3.2.4 on Windows XP x64. Created a new virtual machine for a Mandriva 2010.1 RC 32-bit guest on VirtualBox 3.2.0. Guest is configured with bridged networking to the host's wireless network card.

Updated to VirtualBox 3.2.2 (after uninstalling 3.2.0) to try to fix another issue and the Windows host got the blue-screen-of-death after the virtual machine started booting Mandriva (i.e. after Mandriva was selected from the GRUB screen). Release notes said 3.2.2 fixed a regression relating to BSOD with bridged networking on Windows hosts, however, the opposite happened.

Updated to VirtualBox 3.2.4 and still get a Windows host BSOD after selecting the Mandriva OS from the GRUB menu on the guest machine.

See attached for guest machine details.
