Sorry it took so long i can't log in with my 'wwarsin' .... its not even letting me reset the password...
I attached the log, that log was taken while the virtual machine was running, and the time was going to fast

I just updated the time with the windows server in the virtual machine and that seemed to stop it :/ i also noticed it was about 10 minutes slower then my Host (Ubuntu 10.04) so maybe it was trying to catch up?
When i synced it, it was still behind about 10 minutes but it was going as fast, i then 'Set' the time in Ubuntu and it synced the time between windows and Ubuntu it seems...
