Key repeating mask in X11 host set to ffffffffffffffff
| Reported by: | rmrfchik | Owned by: | |

| Component: | VMM | Version: | VirtualBox 3.1.2 |
| Keywords: | Cc: | ||
| Guest type: | Windows | Host type: | Linux |
Description (last modified by )
After start, VirtualBox sets the host's auto repeating keys mask to match to all keys. you can check this with "xset -q" command:
auto repeating keys: 00ffffffffffffff
ffffffffffffffff
ffffffffffffffff
ffffffffffffffff
This breaks user experience in X11, because it doesn't allow, for example, use Shift-Click to select text in terminal applications (because Shift is now auto-repeating).
