Description (last modified by )
Hi,
it would be great if VB, when configured doing host-only networking, would created it's network interface in a way that you can see and configure it through normal osx system-preferences.
That way you could for example easily share your internet connection with the virtualbox through onboard-tools.

- Using NAT it's not possible to SSH from host to client
- Using Bridgedmode all my machines are exposed to the internet
- Host-Only Networking would fit my need perfectly, but I'd also like to NAT into the internet.

Using NAT it's possible to ssh from the host to the client using port forwarding.

We have done this by indentation. I see no point in doing what you say. You could use NAT or bridge mode in VirtualBox when you want share your connection with the host.
