Description
"Virtual Media Manager", when adding files (VDIs, ISO, Floppies) uses the old Windows Open File Dialog. It must migrate to newer Windows File Dialog standard. (OpenEx ?)
This problem exists in both v3.0.10 and v3.1.0-BETA1.

Please also fix the VBox installer for Windows hosts. It should be as easy as updating the install software (ISS/InstallShield/...).

Compare the Vista GUI and the old one. Buttons are different.
