Description
I have a Sun w2100z workstation system running two Opteron 246 CPUs. The host OS is Windows Server 2003 64-bit release 2.
Running virtualbox 3.0.2, I can't get any 64-bit guest OS to work. Even if I enable PAE/NX, no luck. Here is a log with Opensolaris . It only booted the 32-bit kernel, not 64-bit.

Your CPUs are too old. No AMD-V means no 64 bits guest support.
