Description
While creating a new machine here at vbox (a Ubuntu64 guest on a MacOS 10.5 host) I received a message (when looking at its settings) that I was using non-optimal settings.
vbox should point where to fix it, it is kind of odd to give out the message and not to say what should we do about it.

By the way, the problem in my case was that I was giving too much RAM memory to my virtual machine.

There is a fix in 3.0.2, the reason for the non optimal settings are shown in the tool tip AFAIR.
