i check nested paging setting and program can support checking and activing but in guest system, nested paging shows passive

The SVM capabilities of your host CPU don't show the AMD_CPUID_SVM_FEATURE_EDX_NESTED_PAGING flag and therefore this CPU isn't capable of nested paging.

Still valid. The GUI should check the capability and enable the checkbox only when it's actually supported. Minor annoyance.

Please attach your VBox.log file. Most probably your hardware does not support nested paging (determining this before the VM is running is quite difficult).
