Description
After upgrading to Windows 11 and performing the installation steps below, I repeatedly got BSOD after issuing 'vagrant up' command. Since I need a working VB and could not find a working solution using Windows 11, I downgraded to Windows 10.
Upgraded from Windows 10 21h2 to Windows 11 22h2, upgraded Vagrant to 2.3.4 (required for Windows 11), upgraded Virtualbox to 6.1.28 (required for Windows 11), using Homestead box version 11.3.0 (unchanged), using existing homestead.yaml.

We need a bit more information. When you say Windows 11 do you mean on the host or guest, do you run vagrant on the host or in the guest, what kind of BSOD are you getting? If possible please attach a VBox.log of the affected VM.
