Description
Recently I have downloaded and installed the latest version of VirtualBox for Apple Silicon.
I have downloaded the latest Kali Linux installer for Apple Silicon devices from [here](https://www.kali.org/get-kali/#kali-installer-images). I have double checked that I am using the right installer.
After going through the steps outlined [here](https://www.kali.org/docs/virtualization/install-virtualbox-guest-vm/) and I try starting the virtual machine to complete the installation, I get the VER_UNSUPPORTED_CPU error. Result code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0X80004005) Component: ConsoleWrapper
Version of VirtualBox: Version 7.0.2_BETA4 r154219 (Qt6.3.0)

And running any ARM64 guest is not working either, only x86 guests run to a certain degree.

This will be fixed in the next Beta. Please note that the M1 build is currently fully unsupported and bug reports in the public bugtracker won't be accepted.
