From a quick peek at the log you seem to have modified (and therefore not correctly signed) Windows system DLLs (e.g. \Windows\system32\user32.dll).
This is a sign of running not really trustworthy software (like special themes) or even malware (VirtualBox is no AV scanner, so don't expect any real information there).
Something also patched apphelp.dll in-memory (which apparently could be handled).
In short, your Windows install "isn't quite right".
Try running the commands described my Microsoft at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system-files-79aa86cb-ca52-166a-92a3-966e85d4094e
