#17869 new defect
VM minimized to Dock not un-minimized by "Show"

Description
Running VirtualBox 5.2.14 on macOS 10.13.6; I also observed this with 5.2.12, but that's the only other version I've checked.
If a VM window is minimized to the Dock, the window is not unminimized by clicking "Show" in the VirtualBox Manager window, regardless if from the toolbar, right-clicking on the VM name, or from the Machine menu. The window has to be unminimized by clicking the VirtualBoxVM icon in the Dock, or clicking the minimized window in the Dock.
Note: this for VM windows minimized using the yellow (middle) button in the upper left corner of the title bar; NOT by right-clicking the VirtualBoxVM icon in the dock and clicking "Hide". "Show" works fine for hidden windows and windows in full-screen or in another space.
This is regardless of the guest OS.
I have attached a log for a test VM (new, no OS) just after minimizing and clicking "Show", run under the macOS "Guest User" temporary account.

That's an enhancement pretty much so that the "Show" in VirtualBox acts as a "click on the Dock", right? Interesting, I'm subscribing so that I know its progress.
