Sorry I couldn't find this ticket, created a second #17266
I have re-installed on your laptop to clean Windows operating system Professional 64bit, then installed all the necessary drivers. No updates and antivirus software. after that I installed VirtualBox 5.2.0 r118431 (Qt5.6.2) create a new guest machine is WinXP 32bit. and the virtual machine does not start immediately.
VM not start: The virtual machine 'WinXP' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'D:\Users\romall\VirtualBox VMs\WinXP\Logs\VBoxHardening.log'.
and yes, the folder "user" and "ProgramData" is moved to the disk D with dyle unattended.

reinstall host OS clear win7pro driver only and VM 5.2

Either your
shell32.dllandcomctl32.dllhave been modified or the catalog files for the updates have been messed with. Either way try (re-)update the host or reinstall it.
