I also see the same behaviour on a ML350 Gen9 , windows 2012 R2, 2x CPU's ,96GB Memory.
When booting second VM ...SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and STOP 0x03B VMMR.r0.
The CPU's are E5-2609 v3 which I think it the issue.
When selecting cores within the vbox GUI only 6 of the 12 are available.

Can confirm this BSOD with VirtualBox 5.1.26 r117224 (Qt5.6.2).
Sometimes (not always) happens to me when waking up the host from standby with a running VM.
X299 chipset mainboard, I211 primary NIC, Nvidia GPU.
BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x00000003b caused by driver VMMR0.r0+d9d4
If someone could update the version tag on this ticket that would be great.

Most likely it's a BIOS issue. VirtualBox fails to start the hypervisor.
