Please enable VT-x in your BIOS, according to the log file it's currently disabled. With disabled VT-x your guest runs in so called "raw mode" which works for many guests but is in low-priority bug fixing mode. Every modern x86 CPU has VT-x or AMD-V available.

I have enable it. Afert change status "virtualization technology" - http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/13025iAD837E5CD0C20015?v=mpbl-1

I receive error that i have disable VT-x (verr_vmx_msr_vmxon_disabled).

So i change status VT-x in bios again - and first error still occured.
