Description

Hi,

I have i3 Intel Processor, 4 Gb ram with Windows 8 Pro OS.

I have installed VBox in Windows 8 Pro version and now when I go to the setting page of property window of any VM, I am not able to allocate more than processor.

You didn't provide enough information. A VBox.log file of a VM (even setup with only 1 processor) would be helpful.

I assume that VT-x is disabled for some reason on your host. Without VT-x, VirtualBox cannot execute guests with more than one guest CPU. So try to enable VT-x on your system (fix the BIOS setting and/or upgrade your BIOS).

If that doesn't help, please reopen and attach a VBox.log file.
