Description
This keeps crashing I am running Windows XP in the VirtualBox.

In addition to the above please try disabling the 2D video acceleration support.
To better localize the problem please try all variations of 3D & 2D enable/disable, i.e. 1. 3D-on 2D-off 2. 3D-off 2D-on 3. both 3D & 2D off, and let us know in which case the crash goes away.

Do you still experience these crashs if you disable 3D support for that VM?
