| #3186 | obsolete | Windows 7 (possibly other) task bar disappears while in Seamless mode | ||
| Description |
While using VirtualBox with a Windows 7 host there is an issue which causes the host taskbar to vanish while the guest operating system has focus. The bug is 100% reproducible. The problem only occurs when on the host machine windows background slideshow is enabled and at least two backgrounds are in the rotation list. Disabling background slideshow on the host remedies the problem. Problem has been tested using a guest OS of Ubuntu 8.10 on two different host machines. Problem may exist in other versions of window's host. |

| #3188 | obsolete | Host Mac OS X: Mouse wheel scrolls in guest have affect on host | ||
| Description |
Host: Mac OS X Leopard Guest: Ubuntu x64 Machine: Mac Mini Intel Core2Duo Logitech Mouse G4 The GuestAdditions are installed on Ubuntu. Guest Windows is maximized (full screen). When I scroll with the mouse wheel e.g. in firefox, mouse wheel events are applied to the firefox window in the guest (Okay). However, the host seems to be affected thereby (Not okay). When I scroll, the host shows shortly the Dock and the Menu of Virtualbox (about 1 second). Then, it disappears. As when the mouse wheel events are forwarded to the host in addition. But scrolling in the guest is possible in principle. |

| #3190 | obsolete | Wrong keyboard layout when I VNC into the host from another machine | ||
| Description |
Tongs is a Debian Lenny machine with a UK keyboard. If I sit at tongs and run VMs, the keyboard layout is recognised correctly. Tongs runs vnc4server. Edward is an Ubuntu machine with a UK keyboard, running xvnc4viewer. VBox.log says: 00:00:00.461 Your keyboard type does not appear to be known to VirtualBox. If 00:00:00.461 you would like to help us improve the product, please submit a bug 00:00:00.461 report, attach this logfile and provide information about what type 00:00:00.461 of keyboard you have and whether you are using a remote X server or 00:00:00.461 something similar. This problem occurs with both Linux and Windows guests. |
