| #559 | obsolete | USB replug on Linux Host and Windows guest | ||
| Description |
We create a fullscreen Virtualbox Session with Linux host (Ubuntu, tried the latest version and the one before). We add an empty USB filter (we want to be able to access everything on Windows guest). If we plug an USB device it gets mouted on Windows as expected. When we unmount it and unplug it, everything is still fine. On the next replug (of the same device, works with different devices) we see the icon in the Virtualbox panel, but the device doesn't exist on Windows. We have to click on the USB icon in the panel to see the device again in Windows guest. This works just fine on Windows host and it's a bit a show stopper for fullscreen Windows on Linux host because we would like to hide Virtualbox completely :) |

| #574 | obsolete | Problems w/ MP3 Player being recognized. | ||
| Description |
This problem has been reported by another user for ver. 1.3.8, and I am re-reporting it for 1.4.0. For some reason, I cannot get windows XP SP2 to recognize my MP3 player. It will mount as a USB Mass Storage Device, but will not allow me to connect to it. The following error message comes up when I view the device in Device Manager: This device cannot start. (Code 10) It is recognized as a Sansa e250r, but it just stops there. |
