| #2413 | fixed | [Linux] Shared Folders to symlink | ||
| Description |
When creating a Shared Folder to a symbolic link, it will give an error that the path is not obsolute. Pointing it to a normal folder does not give this error.
The reason I want this, is because all my VMs are on an external hard drive. It works just fine when I swap them from my PC to my laptop, and the paths are the same too. Just the Shared Folders are a bit different. Where my internal hard drive is mounted to /data on my laptop, on my PC it's mounted in /media/data with a symlink /data to it. |

| #2414 | invalid | deleted floppy-image can't be removed from Media Manager | ||
| Description |
I have here a VM which had a floppy-image mounted. After use I disconnected the image and moved it from the original place to another. After another start of VirtualBox there appeared a message that told that there is no access to the image ("[...] nicht zugreifbar [...]"). I removed every entry from the image in the VM but it is still not possible to remove the entry of the image in the manager. In the bottom stands a text like "attached to" ("Gebunden an:") and then the name of the VM that has been used it. |
