| #11364 | obsolete | Scale mode broken since 4.2.4 | ||
| Description |
Scale mode worked correctly in 4.2.2, is broken in 4.2.4 and 4.2.6. Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1 host. Windows 7 Professional 32-bit SP1 guest. Uninstalling and reverting back to 4.2.2 corrects the issue. Host machine details: HP Pavilion dm4 Notebook PC Intel Core i5-2450, 2.50 GHz 6.00GB RAM In 4.2.4 screen updates do not occur in scale mode (screen is black). In 4.2.6, screen updates occur occasionally and sporadically, and can be forced if you re-scale the window by slightly resizing it. Bottom line: unusable in scale mode since 4.2.4. |

| #11365 | obsolete | Guru Meditation 1103 on v4.2.6 when restoring a snapshot | ||
| Description |
After an upgrade to v4.2.6 I'm unable to restore my virtual machine from a snapshot. It would restore, show the desktop, and then crash in a second, before I have a chance to do anything. The log shows assertion fail in d:\tinderbox\win-4.2\src\vbox\vmm\vmmall\PGMAllBth.h(3243) int cdecl pgmRCBthPAERealSyncPT(struct VMCPU *,unsigned int,struct X86PDPAE *,unsigned int64) The only interesting thing about the VM is that clock synch with host is disabled (vboxmanage setextradata <vmname> "VBoxInternal/Devices/VMMDev/0/Config/GetHostTimeDisabled" "1"). When powered on directly, without restoring from a snapshot, the VM works fine. Rolling back to VirtualBox v4.1.14 fixes the problem. |

| #11366 | obsolete | When VM window loses focus, window repaints incorrectly | ||
| Description |
I have MacOSX v10.6.8 host OS and VirtualBox v4.2.6r82870 with a guest OS of Windows XP Pro v2002SP3. Ever since updating to this version of VirtualBox, the screen repaints incorrectly whenever the guest window loses focus. Upon returning focus to the guest window, some portions of the screen still do not repaint correctly. Resizing the window seems to fix the painting, but the problem recurs with the next change in focus. (I have the "Auto-resize the Guest Display" option selected.) I have Vbox Guest Additions at the same version installed. I have not installed the experimental 3D support. |
