| Description |
I tried both the USB internal Webcam (Chicony Integrated Camera) and the USB Guillemot Corporation DualPix HD720p and they both badly crashe VirtualBox. On the other hand USB high-speed flash drives work fine. When connecting the DualPix HD720p, the VM crashes and shows as aborted but some processes keep running:

When connecting any USB device to guest on: 1) USB 2 (EHCI) 2) USB 3 (xHCI) causes the guest to immediately crash. Crash means the guest window closes without any warning or error message. PS: on USB 1.1 it does not crash, but the USB device does not work - is not recognized by the guest. |
