#11148 duplicate Warning: dcache.c d_set_d_op at boot socalbob
Description

Whenever I boot my ubuntu-12.10 guest VM on my Win7-64bit host I get this error message in the kern.log file:

WARNING: at /build/buildd/linux-3.5.0/fs/dcache.c:1375 d_set_d_op+0x7c/0xb0()

There are some stability issues (hangs seg faults, etc) and I think it might be related to this problem.

#11152 worksforme General protection fault - X window manager crashes / hangs socalbob
Description

After sitting idle all night, when I first go to use the ubuntu-12.10 VM, it crashes/hangs right as the screensaver clears.

#6083 obsolete Resizing Webcam Crashes VM (XP guest - Ubuntu 9.10 Host) soapy_illusions
Description

My webcam works when I run it at full size but anytime the video is resized (whether or not I have video acceleration on) the VM crashes.

This happens when I try to send my webcam over Windows Live Messenger, it resizes the camera by default.

The log does not seem to have much information as to what is happening except for:

00:41:29.091 PIT: mode=2 count=0x4ad (1197) - 996.81 Hz (ch=0)

Which happens at the end of the log, though I have no idea if this is what is making it crash

Any help would be greatly appreciated
