| #16114 | obsolete | Guest W10 Enterprise N crash (BSOD) (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION) on W10 Pro N host - italc vnchooks.dll suspected | ||
| Description |
Hi, I'm using VirtualBox 5.1.8 (but with 5.1.6 I had the same issue) in a classroom environment of 15 student PCs running Windows 10 Pro N. Windows guests (Windows 10 Enterprise N, and W2K12R2 with update) randomly crash with "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" and tend to reboot and throw the same error again. I'm attaching:
After reviewing the virtualbox logs, I suspect the culprit is "vnchooks.dll" of italc, but I have no experience in debugging this issues.
