#2076 fixed 18 seconds delay to access shared folder under Windows XP since guest additions 1.6.0 Oxmosys
Description

Guest : Windows XP Pro SP3, guest additions 2.0, VT-x disabled Host : Linux Ubuntu 8.04.1 x64 Virtualbox : 2.0 amd64

When trying to access a shared folder, guest network and hard drive suddenly works pretty hard while explorer window seems to be frozen, waiting for a answer from the server.

Strangely, the shared folder icon shows no activity while it should, and network and hard drives icon shows a lot of activity, but they should be working! It takes 18 seconds before explorer.exe is actually able to list the shared folder content. After this, everything works correctly until Windows XP is rebooted.

This bug appeared in guest additions 1.6.0, and is still not fixed in guest additions 2.0. guest additions 1.5.6 are fine and don't have this problem.

#2077 fixed Crash in Virtual Disk Manager when adding a new disk/cdrom Timo Holle
Description

VirtualBox 2.0.0 suddenly crashes on Ubuntu 8.04 amd64, when trying to add a virtual hard disk or CD/DVD medium. Terminal shows the following error:

Qt FATAL: ASSERT failure in QList<T>::at: "index out of range", file ../../include/QtCore/../../src/corelib/tools/qlist.h, line 391

My version of libqt4-core is 4.3.4-0ubuntu3.

#2078 fixed RHEL5 on amd64 processor freeze with virtual Box 2.0 => Fixed in 2.0.2 GabrielVlasiu
Description

RHEL5 freezes with VBoxManage startvm OSName. Nothing is written in logs, only a hard reset works. Same if guest is started from VirtualBox GUI. The guest OS does not matter since it does not reach the point to start.

Old versions of VirtualBox works just fine. I made a picture to show the OOPS from console screen.
