#3564 fixed Ubuntu Intrepid Host - Windows XP Guest - clipboard graham
Description

Clipboard in Windows XP Guest (Ubuntu Intrepid host) not fully working. If you try to cut/copy text by either CTRL keys or context menu - the first time nothing goes to clipboard - you have to repeat the operation - then works for a while - then 'times out' and you need to copy/cut again - can be very annoying as Im working Visual Studio in Virtual Box in Ubuntu - works very well but this seems to a really obvious bug that noone has noticed or fixed - Please Fix Urgently !!!

#3566 fixed Can't clone more than one hd with rebooting Ubuntu host eatondav
Description

Host: Ubuntu Server 8.10, 2.6.27-11-server (Headless) Guest: Ubuntu Server 8.10 (original.vdi)

Log into host with ssh vboxuser@hostname -Y (vboxuser is a member of the vboxusers group)

Clone hd1: VBoxManage clonehd original.vdi copy1.vdi : success

Clone hd2: VBoxManage clonehd original.vdi copy2.vdi : Completes 100%, but never exits, ctrl-c exits. A reboot of the host is required to successfully clone copy2.vdi

also:

after cloning copy1.vdi, /usr/bin/VirtualBox does not seem to run (before rebooting the host), at least not via ssh -Y(X). VBoxHeadless doesn't seem to start any existing machines either (unconfirmed)

/var/log/VBox.log does not exist, only vbox-install.log, I had no installation issues

installed version: virtualbox-2.1_2.1.4-42893_Ubuntu_intrepid_i386.deb

#3567 fixed ubuntu 8.10 host, Winxp guest, crash while exploring shared folder kevin.mcalister
Description

I Installed fresh copy WinxpSP3 from cd, installed guest additions, create a couple of shared folders, map them with net use and started to walk through the disk with Windows Explorer. I double-clicked folder within root folder, then another one there, and when I double-clicked to third folder, I saw the contents for 1 second and then guest OS had crashed. And then started guest OS again, and tried another time to the same folder. The same result And then third time I tried to exlore different folders, after than tried problem folder. All ok. I'm gonna attach these two problem logfiles. Sincerely, Kevin.
