#2027 worksforme Virtual machine start up canceled when kde => appearance & themes => style == "Baghira" schuebue
Description

When I start up a virtual machine it is canceled at once caused by the kde appearance & themes style called "Baghira". The guest system doesn't matter.

Environment:

Linux 2.6.25.5-1.1-pae i686 openSUSE 11.0 (i586) KDE 3.5.9 "release 49.1" VirtualBox 1.5.6 OSE Baghira 0.8-0.pm.0

#2028 fixed VB Window Opens Off-screen when second monitor is disconnected rootcause
Description

I had two monitors connected and the VirtualBox main window was on the second monitor. Now that the second monitor is disconnected, when I start VirtualBox I cannot see the window.

Using Expose, I can see the window (since Expose pushes all windows inside the viewable monitor area), but I cannot interact with it.

#2029 fixed Error while installing virtualbox 1.6.4 on Windows XP SP3 host radjenef
Description

I can't install virtualbox on my Windows XP SP3 host. After "copying new files", the installer starts "rolling back action" and then I get a message saying that setup ended prematurely because of an error. This every time I try installing. I have tried disabling my firewall and antivirus, as well as installing using the "Administrator" administrator account but it won't work. Note, however, that I have tried reproducing this on another computer of mine but the installation goes through as it should.

There was another person (ticket #1730) who encountered errors during installation on Windows Vista, but his case the installer was producing a different error.

My error occurs while installing the driver package VBoxDrv.inf; InstallDriverPackages() returns with error code 82 (0x52). To be more precise, it fails in DriverPackageInstallW with the following error:

DIFXAPP: ERROR: Create Driver Store entry failed. (Error code 0x6E: The
system cannot open the device or file specified.)

I am including the entire log file for debugging purposes.
