#311 fixed CD Rom Files Missing Thailandian
Description

On a Windows XP client, some CDs do not show all files when the CD is "mounted" in Virtual Box. However, if the same CD is accessed via Samba all files are shown. I am running VB on a Suse 10.2 host.

Attached is a screen snapshot that should make the problem clear.

I have listed the priority as 'minor' because sharing Suse's 'media' directory via Samba is a fairly easy work-around that also allows safer use of USB flash drives.

#312 fixed VirtualBox keeps keyboard focus with mouse addition installed acidbao
Description

Host: XP SP2 - Intel Xeon (2 monitors, maybe that influences) Guest: Debian 4.0 - 686-vserver with VBoxLinuxAdditions installed

How to reproduce the bug:

Start your VirtualBox, launch your favorite session manager, use the mouse in the guest OS, then minimize the VirtualBox window in the host OS BY CLICKING ON ITS TASKBAR ITEM (NOT BY CLICKING THE MINIMIZE BUTTON) and you can't use the keyboard anymore in the host, even if the virtual box is minimized. You have to use your mouse to restore the virtual box window, and to mouse-over it and mouse-leave it again. Then it's back to normal.

#313 fixed Shared folder not accesible from Windows XP markba
Description

When using Windows XP as guest, shared folder cannot be accessed. When browsing with Windows Explorer, "VirtualBox Shared Folders" is visible, but cannot be opened/has no content.

Host: Ubuntu Feisty, VirtualBox 1.3.8 Guest: Windows XP SP2, Guest Additions 1.3.8 installed

Also tested with Windows XP with no result either. See discussion: http://www.virtualbox.org/discussion/1/694

Ticket #27 (http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/27) describes similar behaviour, but reports that this could be solved when logging in as administrator. Tried this, with no effect.
