#1939 fixed Guru meditation (VERR_INTERNAL_ERROR) on OS/2 host with any guest Paul Smedley
Description

Hi,

I just got Virtualbox compiling on OS2 for the first time in a couple of months.

On starting the VM, I get a critical error.

Does the vbox.log provide any clues on where the problem lies?

#1940 obsolete USB scanner fails to scan when invoked through VRDP ipna
Description

Hardware/Software:

  • HP Scanjet G4050 (USB scanner)
  • Windows XP Pro (guest)
  • Linux Mint/Ubuntu (host)

The scanner works fine when I install both guest and host in the same machine and the scanner is attached to a local USB port. But when I keep the scanner attached to the same machine and install both guest and host in a remote machine (VBoxHeadless), and try to forward the USB connection via rdesktop-vrdp, the scanning process renders a corrupted image (the scanner lamp moves slowly and hard).
