#9518 obsolete Host BSOD Sergey Arsenyev
Description

Hi!

Host gone to BSOD on guest loading and two times on network activity (when I saving files into shared folder) from guest.

#9522 obsolete BSOD - after enabling virtualization and VT-d in BIOS Stian Indal Haugseth
Description

My guest OS was very slow so I tried to enable virtualization and VT-D in BIOS. After booting the guest OS and starting some heavy Java-apps i get a blue screen. This happens every time.

It seems the BSOD happens less frequently if I give the guest less RAM (e.g. 1GB)

I have a colleague who experiences the exact same problem.

Host: Lenovo T410s 3GB RAM Windows XP SP3 32b it

Guest: 4 CPU 1400MB RAM CentOS 6.0 32 bit Running Oracle OSB + Eclipse (requires much RAM)

#9523 obsolete Cannot run virtualbox (closing because of an error) and then blue screen and no way to uninstall Julien V.
Description

Hello,

I was executing a virtual machine using VirtualBox 4.1, and I took a snapshot during startup of the VirtualMachine. It crashed the software. Then I tried to re-execute VirtualBox but it closed itself because of an error. So I tried to install VirtualBox 4.1.2 but during installation Exporer.exe crashed, and then I had a blue screen with an error message about dumped memory. I restarted the computer, tried to install last version of VirtualBox again but an error message is displayed: "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869". So now I cannot use, install or uninstall (software is not in the list of programs to uninstall) VirtualBox.

Would you have any idea to fix this problem?

Many thanks, Julien
