#4242 obsolete Command (Meta) key becomes "stuck" Shawn Walker
Description

Sporadically, my OpenSolaris 2009.06 guest will register the Command (Meta) key as always being depressed.

This makes it impractical to map the Command key to shortcuts in the guest as anytime I press a letter or key containing the second half of the shortcut, it will trigger even though the Command key is not currently depressed.

#3839 fixed Build fails for project located in shared folder with VisualStudio 2008 SP1 -> Fixed in 3.0.0 Stefan Vonolfen
Description

When I try to build a project in VisualStudio 2008 SP1 that is located on a shared folder in VirtualBox 2.2.0, the build fails with the following error: "Error 2 Error generating Win32 resource: Access is denied.".

I have write rights on the output folder and the build works fine on VirtualBox 2.1.4, so this bug seems to be a regression actually. In both versions I have the current guest additions installed (2.2.0).

#7541 obsolete Oracle Entreprise Linux - 5.5 64 Bits - very stange keyboard behavior Sebastien Vige
Description

Hi,

I have virtualized a OEL 5.5 64bits environment that was originally hosted on a Lenovo T410 Laptop, with 8gb of RAM. Keyboard layout is set to French only in Sytem > Preference

From the login screen, there are two problems:

==> Keyboard is US, ie Qwerty, but comes back to Azerty as soon as session is up.

==> The keyboard behavior is eratic from the login, when keying in Username, typing one letter make several letters appear. This happen inconsistently in the login screen but also in any application including shell temrminal.

I disabled usb & Synaptics tap to click, and tested with / without USB mouse connected on the host. No change.

The VBox.log will be posted tomorrow.

I did not experience in XP or Ubuntu Gest.

Best Regards

Sebastien
