Sorry for my English.
I fought with this problem for two days. I have installed 6 times from difference copies Windows 2008 (64 bit) and always after installation is the same problem (E5E03FA and 8E5E0442).
I used copy education from MSDNAA and normal (regular) copy for company. (Polish version)
After installation "Windows Updated" reported me that it can't update OS.
I found solution from Microsoft (for Vista) but this is something with Virtual Box. This problem is only when I install Windows 2008 (64 bit) on Virtual Box. And when I fixed 8E5E03FA I have next error 8E5E0442.
I google it, and I found that some person has the same problem (from China).
I also tested Windows 2008 on Vmware and physical machine everything is OK.
