If I try to use Syllable with VirtualBox it's work unbelievable slow! It's boot 3 time slowly that in other VM, opening\moving window took 5-10 seconds! www.syllable.org P.S. This is well-know bug, all people kick at it. On other VM all work. Syllable developers said that it issue in VirtualBox.

#2049 obsolete VBoxHeadless with "-a" option aborts when restoring state Steve Dodd
Description

I'm running VB 1.6.6 on Ubuntu (this bug happens on both Gutsy and Hardy.)

If I use the -a option to VBoxHeadless to restore a VM with saved state, I get the following error message (and the VM is set to 'aborted' state):

VirtualBox Headless Interface 1.6.6
(C) 2008 Sun Microsystems, Inc.

[!] FAILED calling vrdpServer->SetNetAddress(Bstr(vrdpAddress)) at line 855!
[!] Primary RC  = E_ACCESSDENIED (0x80070005) - Access denied
[!] Full error info present: true , basic error info present: true
[!] Result Code = E_ACCESSDENIED (0x80070005) - Access denied

[!] Callee      = IVRDPServer, {ed9d31ae-867f-45fc-b727-6740084d1883}

The command I'm running is

VBoxHeadless -s <VMName> -a 127.0.0.1

It doesn't seem to happen when starting a VM from powered off state. In case it is relevant, I'm saving the VM states with "VBoxManage controlvm VMName savestate".

#2082 obsolete seamless mode doesn't work at all nbecker
Description

Used to work. Now I'm running Fedora F9 kde-4.1.0, VirtualBox-2.0.0_36011_fedora9-1.x86_64.rpm.

When switched to seamless mode, all I get is a strange green streak. My guest is winXP. No sign of any graphics from XP except that strange green streak.
