| #1514 | fixed | Virtualbox 1.5.6_OSE bug | ||
| Description |
Looks like using relay crashes it. I'm using close to the out-of-the-box relay from kernel 2.6.25 and am getting handler faults; then everything dies and I have to restart it. If the newer one works with this could you please tell me? I don't want to have to force it to insert itself into the kernel only to have more failures. Thanks. --Marlow |

| #1516 | fixed | Guest SUSE Linux 10.x causes Windows XP to crash with bluescreen -> fixed in 1.6.2 | ||
| Description |
I often have Windows crashes with bluescreens running SUSE Linux 10.x as a guest. It happenes when:
-- trying to use USB drives; The crash may also happen withoun any noticable reason and it makes an impression of extreme instability of VirtualBox. I did not have any such issue with VMware or VPC. I suspect that this instability may be caused by my hardware features (Athlon64X2+nForce570) because my neighbour uses similar hardware and encounters the same instability issues but one of my friens uses all Intel platform and he does not have any problem with VirtualBox' stability. I also running special applications that may contribute to VirtualBox' instability (my neighbour runs absolutely different such software). Those are:
-- DrWeb antivirus; I tried VirtualBox versions from 1.5.2 to 1.6.0 and all of them caused frequent crashes. |
