| #17173 | duplicate | VirtualBox crashes High Sierra host | ||
| Description |
I had been using the developer betas of High Sierra since the start of the program. Since the GM came out however, I get a kernel panic every time I boot up my Win10 guest. I can run it fine only with a headless or detachable start. Then my guest runs very sluggishly though. I tried a few things that I found in the forums, like changing the network settings to bridged adapter: en0: Wifi (AirPort) but to no avail. |

| Description |
I am a first time user and trying to install MAC OS X 64 bit on my Windows 10 64 Bit HP with AMD processor. From my research, I can solve this through use of a custom kernel (see https://techsviewer.com/install-mac-os-x-10-10-yosemite-amd-on-windows-on-virtualbox/) but I do not know how to use a custom kernel. Thanks in advance for your help. |
