| #17255 | invalid | iPhone running iOS 11.1 Not accessible in VirtualBox running Mac OS High Sierra | ||
| Description |
Hi, I have a very frustrating issue. If I plug in an iPhone running IOS v9.3.5 to the USB port then within my Mac VM running High Sierra, iTunes sees the phone. If I plug in an iPhone running iOS v11.1 it does not. The "iPhone" is seen in the system report under the Mac in the USB 2.0 section. I am trying to test and deploy an app so I need XCode to see the iPhone running v11.1 Can you help? Thanks |

| #17253 | worksforme | High resolution (1920x1440) won't adapt to VM | ||
| Description |
I have the guest addition install and the "auto-resize guest display" enable but my virtual machine keeps defaulting to a 960x457 resolution on my laptop. I have tried older versions such as 5.1.28 and 5.1.10 but it wouldn't work either. Whenever I would select a high resolution such as 1600x1200 or 1920x1440, my virtual machine would have scroll bars on the side and wouldn't adapt to the resolution. If I go on full screen, it defaults back to a 960x457 resolution. I have tried so many "fixes" already and I just feel lost after having to research and troubleshoot this for the past 4 days. |
