| #8524 | obsolete | cannot create the machine folder | ||
| Description |
When the VirtualBox directory is located on a second HDD on the computer, DATA for example, it is not possible to create the machines as we get the message : "cannot create the machine folder" (no permission). As the second file is a NTFS Win7 filesystem, we cannot change permissions. In the older versions of Virtualbox this did not cause any problems. We are under Ubuntu 10.10 (completely updated). |

| #8530 | obsolete | Remote Access fails after network disconnect. | ||
| Description |
Remote access has been enabled and works. I can connect, using Windows Remote Desktop, over a VPN to the Windows XP VM, hosted on Gentoo Linux 64 bit. However, the VPN is a bit flakey and when I re-connect, after a dropout, I can no longer connect via Remote Desktop. I have to connect to the Gentoo Host and stop the VM and start it again, by re-booting or saving/restoring state. Then, I can re-connect. I have yet to test enabling multiple sessions, as a workaround. |
