| #2622 | fixed | Using DVD Profiler in VirtualBox Windows XP guest | ||
| Description |
I use DVD Profiler to manage my DVD collection (http://www.invelos.com/). Since I spent most of the time in Linux (Fedora 9), I run it with VirtualBox. However, now I can't run it with VirtualBox 2.0.2 or 2.0.4, while it works fine with 1.6.6 and several previous versions. (I didn't try it with 2.0.0.) When I try to start DVD Profiler, I get a dialog box saying something like "VirtualBox find an error and will terminate". There are "Ok" and "Ignore" buttons. If I press "Ok", VirtualBox stops; if I press "Ignore", VirtualBox won't respond to any further action. Alexandre Silva Lopes |

| #2624 | fixed | VBoxManage does not show sata drives attached | ||
| Description |
When running VBoxManage showvminfo <machine> [-machinereadable] the output lists the drives attached to the ide ports [a|b|d] but does not enumerate the drives attached to a sata port. This is an inconsistency and at a minimum VBoxManage should show the ports that have drives attached to them eg. sata1="/home/vdi/sata1.vdi" |

| #2627 | fixed | starting VirtualBox on WinXP dual core hangs | ||
| Description |
I've just installed VirtualBox 2.0.4 on my Windows XP SP2 desktop machine. On trying to start VirtualBox, I see a process called VBoxSVC.exe jump to 100% cpu utilisation of one of the two processor cores and stay there. This process is only using 5Mb of ram but stays steady at 100% usage of one of the cores until I terminate it in the task manager. There's also one process called VirtualBox.exe present that consumes no cpu and only about 7.8Mb of ram. However, I get no gui app to start or create VMs and VBoxSVC.exe stays at 100% cpu usage. |
