| #14774 | duplicate | Network Crashes at guest machine. (NAT Network) | ||
| Description |
Hi there, I'm having this problem many months now and have monitoring Forum and other tickets but to luck. Host windows 7 64 bit ultimate and guest windows server 2003 32bit but run on 64 bit in vbox. I'm running online server on guest machine and im getting network crashes every 2 - 4 days. I'm Using NatNetwork and having lots connection to this machine through gate software (people can login to game using launcher). When network crash on guest launcher it's showing closed and i can't use teamwiever to connect to guest and also people can't login in to game but people who are already connected to server/game and they playing online they fine till they log off or kicked by crash of network. So i can restart gate software and it's helping but only for few hours and then network crash completely, then full restart of machine is needed. Sorry for my bad English hope you can understand my problem. If you can have a look on this please i relay need to fix it. Before this problem i had crashes because of not enough ram on host. I fixed this now, but when this present error showing i have no error windows. Anyone who can help please do so and many thanks in advance. |

| #20016 | worksforme | Problems with Windows Guest Additions on Win 10 64bit - VM crashes after Installation | ||
| Description |
After Windows Guest Additions are installed, the Windows 10 Guest (Running on Debian Buster with backports) freezes to black screen, also after longer time the state is unchanged. After the forced shutdown after new restart the VM then crashes. I had this issue also with the VirtualBox 6.1.10, seems to be related to some Debian library update. The only help is to reboot the VM, hold F8 to start Windows emergency menu, then activate the safe mode and in safe mode to deinstall the Virtual Guest additions. Then the Guest runs OK again, unfortunatelly with all drawbacks of the Windows Guest without Guest Additions, so especially with resolution 1024x708. See the Guest after the freeze with session information opened on screenshot in attached screenshot in file |

| #1740 | fixed | VirtualBox 1.6.2 hangs with FreeBSD 7.0 guest and Intel VT-x enabled | ||
| Description |
I'm using VirtualBox 1.6.2 in my Gentoo Linux system (kernel 2.6.25 x86_64) and if I enable the Intel VT-x setting, I cannot start FreeBSD 7.0 from the ISO images. It either hangs at startup (boot loader) or it hangs when I'm presented with the menu to choose and the timer is stuck at 10 seconds. When I disable the Intel VT-x extensions, installation starts normally. I'm using a Intel E8400 processor with Intel P35 chipset and 4GB RAM. |
