Ticket Resolution Summary Owner Reporter
#19493 duplicate Display autoscale regression 6.1.4 -> 6.1.6 GnomeUser
Description

Host OS is Ubuntu 18.04.4. In 6.1.6 if you run guest system in a maximized window it doesn't autoscale guest to the window size. You need to restore and maximize virtual machine window again so the guest would scale to its size. This is the same for windows and linux guests so it is probably a bug on the host side.

Can you reproduce the bug or should I link full logs?

#15362 obsolete Failed to start VM (Hardening) - VirtualBox 5.0.18 GoLinux
Description

Hello,

I'm not able to start any virtual machine using VirtualBox 5.0.18. I'm able to launch the VM's when using 4.3.12, which from my understanding, excludes hardening code. Attached is the hardening log and error message screenshot. I've seen other tickets that are similar and the solution seems to be to try a later build, but none of the other builds I've tried except 4.3.12 work for me.

My host system is Windows 7 x64.

                            [--remove]

VBoxManage: error: Unknown option: --sataideemulation1

The same problem happens with --sataideemulation2, etc. The bug exists on both Linux and Windows hosts.
