#727 fixed when installing/upgrading VirtualBox, offer an option to uninstall previous version Technologov
Description

hi,

On Windows host, if I installing a new version, I must manually uninstall a previous one. VMware did a better way - they offer an option to uninstall a previous version, so it's just 1 click away. I think VirtualBox must adapt their scheme.

#2947 worksforme when i delete a virtual machine VirtualBox.xml doesn't get modified before vbox gui closed. nonexist
Description

[vBox Version 2.1.0]

When i try to shutdown my virtual machine, vista said "program doesn't respond" and terminated it. Later my virtual machine didn't startup. (This happened tree times in this week) I deleted a virtual machine and created a new one with same name. This was worked before but now machine didn't startup. I checked xml files and i saw VirtualBox.xml same after before deletion. And I clicked x button and closed the main gui. After close VirtualBox.xml changed and i created same virtual machine again. It worked. [VirtualBox.xml doesn't get modified before vbox gui closed.] [vBox Version 2.1.0 has a problem on vista or vista has a problem with virtualbox while shutting down.]
