| #17659 | obsolete | hitting ctrl-alt-delete causes VirtualBox to close | ||
| Description |
In CentOS 7 (host OS), when I hit ctrl-alt-delete, out of habit from my Windows days, to try to lock the screen, VirtualBox suspends all VMs, closes all VM windows and closes the VirtualBox Manager. I've check the hot-key settings in VirtualBox preferences but I cannot find a way to turn off this behavior. This is not a useful feature. I'm pretty sure earlier versions of VirtualBox never did this. Hitting control-alt-delete should not cause VirtualBox to close. |

| #17658 | duplicate | Mouse pointer as dots -> duplicate of #17074 | ||
| Description |
Hi. I have HP14ba105ur, Virtual Box v. 5.2.8, quest Windows 7, host Windows 10. When the monitor is connected to the HDMI, the "select text" pointer is displayed as a 2 dots in the VM. If you disconnect an external monitor, the problem disappears. Someone has faced such a feature and probably knows how to solve it. For example - foto (in zip). But the in GIF is the right pointer! | #17657 | invalid | VirtualBox terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 | ||
| Description |
It was working fine before, but it suddenly stopped working, I have uninstalled it, then re-installed it ... update it but nothing works. I haven't changed anything in my setup; I even tried deleting the old directory that's left after uninstallation to make sure I am getting a clean install but it didn't help. Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Component: MachineWrap Interface: IMachine {85cd948e-a71f-4289-281e-0ca7ad48cd89} |
