Hello! I'm use a Windows XP Professional SP3 with all available updates. I have problem with retrieve the network mask from VirtualBox Host-Only Network connection. I'm set a valid network mask 255.255.255.0 but when goto VB system Prefrences I can't save any changes because have invalid mask. I'm go to Preferences\network\Host only networks and change mask to valid from 0.0.0.0 After it, I can change and save settings but this manyally set mask don't save. This thing I make everytime. Thank you for your work! |

| #15344 | invalid | network bridge mulfunction | ||
| Description |
I have server (debian 8 Jessie) with physical interface eth0 192.168.1.0/24 virtual bridge with (lxc) virtual machines: brctl addif tap0 br1; br1 192.168.2.0/24 eth0 not in bridge with br1 routing between eth0 & br1 lxc and qemu machines works fine with this bridge(br1). But, virtualbox with this bridge(br1) works only to one direction:
Virtualbox works fine if I select to use physical eth0 interface. |

| #2356 | wontfix | network bridge | ||
| Description |
After bridging the VirtualBox adapter to my WiFi adapter in Vista64 and setting the VM to use the host setting all was working fine until the next boot. To get connected I had to remove the bridge; however, now everytime I try to access the internet I have to tell Vista to reset the bridge. Also if I leave the VMs set to NAT I get duplicated IP Addresses so routing does not function. When I try to start two or more VMs with the internal or host feature I get an error and the VM closes. |
