| #12595 | obsolete | FreeDOS Crashes when Shutting Down | ||
| Description |
When shutting down FreeDOS through either VirtualBox's close VM option or through FreeDOS's fdapm software, sometimes the guest will crash. This happens after installing Microsoft Network Client and the Arachne Web Browser configured through DHCP. Sometimes the host system must be restarted (or all of VirtualBox related processes) must be restarted for the VirtualBox Manager to work properly, sometimes not (for the log attached, the error did not cause any adverse affects on the host). |

| #12632 | obsolete | VirtualBox Crashes on Shutdown of Win98 | ||
| Description |
Upon attempting to shut down Windows 98 SE Plus!, VirutalBox crashed. I do not think this crash can easily be replicated. No background tasks were running in the guest (excluding system services). The system is clean (no viruses, recently installed). |

| #8957 | obsolete | guest paused after resuming from host sleep | ||
| Description |
Symptoms: Host (Win 7 Ultimate x64, 8 GB RAM, Quad Core i5) resumes from sleep. Guests (each Win XP Pro 32 bit) appear stuck in paused state. This can be seen in the host Win 7 task bar. Attempting to restore a Guest window from the task bar fails - nothing is displayed. Attempting to start the VirtualBox Manager UI (to restart the guests) fails - nothing is displayed. This happens "occasionally". Have not noticed any correlated circumstances. VirtualBox.exe processes associated with the paused guests need to be killed. Then, VirtualBox Manager UI appears. The affected guests show as Aborted. The guests can then be restarted. |
