| #18223 | fixed | Can't add empty optical drive to guest -> fixed after (not in) 6.0.0 and in test builds | ||
| Description |
Another user reported this on the forum: https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=90824&start=15#p436221 When attempting to add an optical drive, choosing "Leave Empty" causes the drive to not be added, as if "Cancel" had been clicked instead. A workaround is to "Choose Disk", pick an image, and then remove the image. This seems to not depend on the host OS nor the type of storage controller used by the guest. This bug was not present in 6.0.0 RC1 (127378). |
