#7403 obsolete Aero snap on Windows 7 Professional (64 bits) host applied to the wrong monitor in dual monitor setup. pBakhuis
Description

I'm running virtualbox on Windows 7 Professional (64 bits) which supports Aero snap. When I drag the virtualbox guest from my right monitor to the top of the left monitor (to full screen it on the left monitor) it pops up on the right monitor at the resolution of the left monitor. My right monitor is 1920x1200, my left monitor is 1680x1050. So dragging it from the right to the top of the left gives me a 1680x1050 window on the right monitor.

If you can't reproduce this, please make sure you drag all the way to the top. Sometimes when not dragging it up as high as possible but stopping when it gives the fullscreen outline aero snap effect it does seem to work properly. Must be an offset of a few pixels somewhere..

The guest operating system is Windows XP Professional SP3. (32 bits)

#7404 obsolete Network timeouts Jon Schewe
Description

I'm using virtualbox 3.2.8 on Mac OS Snow Leopard. I have 2 NetBSD virtual machines that have 3 network cards: 1) NAT 2) host only to do NFS to host 3) internal network to do network testing

When I leave the machines idle for some time, half hour to an hour, and then come back to them, the host only network dies. They can ping each other through the internal network and they can ping the outside world through the nat, however they are unable to ping the host through the host only and the host cannot ping the guests through the host only network. Watching tcpdump on the guests, I see traffic going out, but nothing coming in. If I keep a ping going continuously I find that I will get request timeouts for 50 or so messages and then they'll all come in at the same time.

Right now the workaround is to suspend the guest(s) and then start them again, then everything is fine.

#7408 obsolete Can not restore snapshot in v3.2.8. nmcbride
Description

No matter how many times I try, or which VM it is on. I can not restore a snapshot. I have tried both with the gui and command line.

I am re-opening this ticket because I am having the same issue with v3.2.8. No matter how many times I try, I can't seem to get rid of a snapshot I've taken just moments before. I have tried both with the gui and command line:
