| #7362 | obsolete | Windows size incorrect, slow graphics performance and no seamless mode | ||
| Description |
I used to use kubuntu 9.10 x86 in vbox with no problems. i've recently created a kubuntu 10.04 x86 in vbox. it has the incorrect window size before and after i installed guest additions. the graphics performance is also slow as if guest additions isn't installed. i've reinstalled guest additions over and over. at the moment my work around is to set the display size in kubuntu to my native size and then run it in full screen mode. i also cannot use seamless mode. And the window doesn't auto adjust. all other guest addition enhancements work however. my host is windows 7 x64. Thanks |

| #7368 | obsolete | Booting Debian GNU/Hurd takes very long | ||
| Description |
gnumach takes minutes to boot on VirtualBox, because VirtualBox apparently takes a very long time to implement the port probing that some drivers of gnumach do. The same problem does not exist on qemu and kvm. In rare cases I also received a guru mediation at the same boot stage. See also the discussion thread at debian-hurd: http://lists.debian.org/debian-hurd/2010/08/msg00064.html To reproduce you can use the current debian-installer image for Debian GNU/Hurd: |
