| #2635 | fixed | odd movement of circular progress cursor with Ubuntu 8.10 guest, Mac OS X host | ||
| Description |
I've installed Ubuntu 8.10 on VirtualBox 2.04 running in a Mac OS X host (Mac Pro, but the same bug happens when VB is installed on a MacBook Pro). The install goes smoothly, but there is a video problem with the circular progress cursor: it jumps around within a one-inch radius back and forth while active (usually diagonally). I noticed this behavior in Ubuntu 8.04 as well. This is purely a visual defect; no functionality is lost as far as I can tell, but it's amazingly annoying. |

| Description |
After installing the version 4.3.14 of VirtualBox I've got this message each time i start the console (VirtualBox.exe): "nvinitx.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error..." I can't add any VBox.log because it's not connected on a virtual machine. |
