| #7104 | obsolete | Unresponsive ubuntu workspace during seamless integration during high cpu usage for guest | ||
| Description |
If seamless mode is entered and high cpu usage occurs, there is no way to interact with the ubuntu desktop unless you exit seamless mode. However, when my mouse goes over the file menus, the menus light up orange but they dont come down. Possibly due to new kernel updates? |

| #7105 | obsolete | Appliance import wizard fails with VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR | ||
| Description |
I did export an existing VM as appliance (ovf). The import wizard fails throwing VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR. Without checking the .mf checksum file import went fine. I opened the .mf file an verified the SHA1 hashes and they are correct. There must be a bug with the import wizard in calculating the SHA1 hash. CPU load rises very high when the wizard is trying to calculate and the calculation takes a lot of time. I'm using Win 7x64 with HashTab extension which calculates hashes quite fast with just a small footprint on CPU usage, so the whole hash code seems to be buggy. |

| #7108 | obsolete | Linux kernel >= 2.6.32 and VirtualBox >= 3.1.6 causes "Delayed Write Failed" for iPod on WinXP guest | ||
| Description |
If I run VirtualBox (any version since 3.1.6) on a Linux host using kernel 2.6.32 or higher, I cannot use iTunes -- which is running on a Windows XP SP3 32-bit guest -- to sync my iPod through the USB interface. After about 30 minutes of sitting around trying to write to the iPod, Windows throws up a "Delayed write failed" error, as seen in the attached screenshot (E:\ is the drive letter of the iPod). I have tried enabling/disabling write caching on the drive through the Windows Control Panel (which was suggested by several online sources), but changing this setting has no effect. |
